TNA Recap: Can You Say M.E.M.?
On July - 24 - 2009
Another Thursday gone and another TNA Impact! in the books. Tonight's card was stacked...with old timers.
As many of you know after Victory Road, The M.E.M. have all the belts, excluding the Knockout and X-Divison.
Kevin Nash, Scott Steiner, and Booker T showed their power by dominating their match-ups.
Kevin Nash faced Young Red for the TNA Legends championship. It was pretty much a one-sided match-up, but "the kid" showed us he had heart and I believe he might of earned the respect of Nash as well.
Now Bookerman & Freakzilla are the Tag Champs and faced their toughest opponents yet...Big Rocko & ...
Night Of Champions Preview: What Should, Not Will, Happen
On July - 24 - 2009
About a month ago, WWE had this thing called "The Bash" and I wrote a totally super awesome preview for it where I looked at what should happen, not necessarily what would happen.
Like everything else I do (including racy posing in magazines) it was met with rave reviews from children and adults alike.
The "Idealist" Preview is back, and looking at Night of Champions.
Now, to quote some of the most famous people ever to fancy themselves as journalists (key phrase being "fancy"): We've got a lot to get to, so let's get started, shall we?
Champion listed first.

John Morrison: The Star Of WWE ‘Superstars’
On July - 23 - 2009
WWE Superstars is actually usually one of the better shows in my mind and this week it did not disappoint. It features mainly straight wrestling matches, with little or no ridiculous drama. I'm not saying I'm completely against drama, but when RAW puts on a two—hour show with an hour and a half of drama, it's a bit disappointing.
There's an old saying "quality over quantity" and this week's Superstars lived up to that. There were only three matches, but they were all exciting to watch and each lasted longer than thirty seconds.
Match One: Christian defeats William Regal
It's really a shame ...
WWE ‘Superstars’ Shock Therapy: One Step Closer To Invincibility
On July - 23 - 2009
Tonight’s epic broadcast of Superstars goes live on WGN America with a blockbuster announcement of tonight’s main event: John Morrison vs. Kane. After that, the Peepulation is graced with the arrival of their Captain.
Christian vs. William Regal
The physicality begins quickly as Regal gets a brief advantage with a headlock before getting dropped with a headlock takeover from Christian. But thanks to some quick thinking, Regal gets complete control in the match. Christian is in some serious trouble when he bounces back with a spinning elbow off the top rope, but Regal again manages to get control once again by shoving ...
Inside The Mind With Dr Hayley: D-Generation X
On July - 23 - 2009
Less than a week after I opened up my clinic and I have been swamped with calls from all over the wrestling world form wrestlers who want my expert skills.
I will admit, trying to get my secretary to sieve through all of the riff raff was so incredibly difficult that they phoned up themselves, saying if they got another call from John Cena, they'd need therapy themselves!
However, going through the list, I found two names that stuck out to me, and they were Shawn Michaels and Triple H. They'd even requested to be seen together!
Of course, the chance to see ...
The WWE Titles: The Price Of Gold Continues To Rise
On July - 23 - 2009
Hello everyone. As always, I would like to thank all of you for spending a little time with me today.
I can’t help but be a bit surprised of late with the WWE. It would appear that they are finally doing the right thing and have stopped hot swapping the titles. I don’t know if this was planned or just coincidence, but what ever the reason is, it is nice to see.
I am also happy to see that the IC, U.S. and tag titles have more juice on them these days. They have done an excellent job making these belts important again. I ...
WWE Night Of Champions 2009 Prediction Competition
On July - 23 - 2009
The majority of matches have been announced for this Sunday's WWE pay-per-view, where every title will be on the line at Night Of Champions.
Therefore, it must be time again for another prediction competition.
Some interesting matches have been scheduled, many of which have no clear favorite. Picking the winners this time won't be an easy task.
If you don’t know how this works yet, follow this link for all the rules and past winners.
It’s pretty simple, though; simply leave your predictions for all the matches as a stand-alone comment in the comments section, and leave the rest to me.
The match for ...
Kozlov Turning Face? Possibility to Save His Career?
On July - 23 - 2009
Vladimir Kozlov, or the pissed off Russian as I have taken to calling him, has spent his entire stint in WWE as a heel.
However, on ECW this past Tuesday night, he may have gained some points in popularity after he apparently made a challenge to Ezekiel Jackson.
Considering the fact that Ezekiel has been portrayed as a heel, this may indicate a slow face turn for Kozlov.
There are a good number of perks for our Russian friend if it is decided to have him turn face. It might save his career. Let's take a look at some of the pros in ...

Why Bobby Lashley Won’t Fight Fedor
On July - 22 - 2009
As developments continue to come in, many people have commented that Bobby Lashley would have been the most marketable fighter to replace Josh Barnett at Affliction Trilogy against Fedor Emelianenko.
Yet despite the many positives, Lashley has many good reasons why not to accept this fight.
As it has been mentioned, Lashley would have a lot of respect to gain just by stepping in against Fedor. If he beat Fedor, obviously the gains would be astronomical.
However, as Lashley said, there would be many people who would think that accepting a fight against Fedor on such short notice would be nothing more than ...
