Many fans argue as to who is the greatest WWE superstar in history is, but who is the greatest performer in WWE history?
The list that follows counts down the ten WWE superstars that have been able to put on the best matches, the men that give everything they have whether they fight in New York's Madison Square Garden or in a ranch in Arkansa.

Scott Beeby’s Exclusive Interview With Mark Mercedes
On August - 7 - 2009
I recently had the opportunity to ask Mark Mercedes some questions about his wrestling career and his personal opinion on a few wrestling-related matters.
If you've been living under a rock and still don't know who this Australian wrestling legend is, then you can read about him here.
He seems like a really down-to-earth kind of guy, and he was generous enough to give up some of his time to answer my questions. Here's what I asked him:
Note to editors: please leave all of the content of the answers the way they are. I'm directly quoting what Mark Mercedes said.
SB: When did ...
WWE Superstars Scores (Aug. 7)
On August - 7 - 2009
While I missed this week's TNA show, I was able to catch Thursdays WWE Superstars broadcast thanks to the old trusty DVR. I must say right off the top that this was a solid show and I didn't have to skip any matches or skits.
I originally thought that the Superstars concept was: 1. Going to be a time-filler like the old Saturday and Sunday morning one hour shows, and that 2. It was going to put too much strain on the stars and commentators due to the added travel on their already jam-packed calendars.
An example would be JR and Todd ...
Ideas For New WWE Wrestlers’ Theme
On August - 7 - 2009
Some WWE Themes just leave you scratching your heads. Like, why did Jeff Hardy have to change his theme! His other one just made you want to stand up and dance.
Or what about John Cena's. Sure he had a major character change but you gotta love Basic Thuganomics!
Here are a few wrestlers who could use a change of scenery or have a better song that would fit them.
Wrestling With the Idea of Sting Feuding With Eight Opponents in Today’s WWE
On August - 6 - 2009
He is a six time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, three time NWA/TNA Heavyweight Champion, and among various other accolades, he is commonly referred to as "The Icon", a name only bestowed upon the elite. He is the man called Sting.
Sting will also go down as the most successful wrestler never to wrestle for Vince McMahon.
When asked what stopped him from joining the WWE after the Invasion angle, Sting responded by saying that a confrontation between The Rock and Booker T. where The Rock asked Booker who he was was enough for him to reject working for McMahon.
Sting feared his character ...
Out of the Shadows: Spotlighting FMW and the Legendary Megumi Kudo
On August - 6 - 2009
When people think of hardcore wrestling, they tend to think of the original ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling), XPW (Xtreme Pro Wrestling), and CZW (Combat Zone Wrestling).
When they think of hardcore wrestlers, names such as Mick Foley, Sabu, Terry Funk, New Jack, etc. might come to mind.
I ask you though, how many of you know about FMW (Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling) and the legendary Megumi Kudo?
FMW was a ground-breaking promotion in Japan during the 90's and one of its brightest stars was Kudo.
Before diving into the greatness of Kudo, allow me to give a brief synopsis of FMW.
FMW's Story
In 1989, Atsushi Onita ...
Why TNA Won’t Surpass WWE
On August - 6 - 2009
I think we can all agree that we are not real happy with the product that WWE delivers on a weekly basis. For a couple of weeks it seemed that Friday Night Smackdown was run by a different company, but now it seems like it too is going down the same road as Raw and Superstars...like a scary rerun of the 1980's.
We can pass blame to who we want whether it is the passing of the buck to the kids, Linda sitting on the Board of Education, but I can pinpoint exactly the reason why they have fell so ...
Believability: What Monday Night Raw Is Lacking
On August - 6 - 2009
The WWE has been making great strides toward providing a better product overall. Despite this, there are still some things they could improve upon, like the believability of the product.
The WWE will never be perfect, just like you and I will never attain perfection, but why shouldn’t the WWE strive for it?
It seems to me—and I’m sure many others feel the same way—that Vince has lost sight of what wrestling truly is. I know the “E” in WWE stands for entertainment, but the most entertaining part of a wrestling company and show should be its wrestling!
Instead, it feels as if ...
Brooke Hogan: The Savior for the WWE Divas Division?
On August - 6 - 2009
There has been only mild interest in the WWE Divas lately, and it’s easy to see why. There are no highly recognizable Divas currently on the roster.
No Playboy playmates (Sable, Torrie, Chyna, or even Christy Hemme).
No big name woman wrestlers (Lita, Stratus, or Stacy Keibler) are present during any of the shows. Many of the Divas are good wrestlers, such as Mickie James, Gail Kim, and Natalya, but there is definitely something missing...something that would make you NOT want to miss a Diva segment. A comeback from one of the mentioned Divas would be great, but not likely to happen. The ...
One-on-One: Debating the Enigma That is Jeff Hardy
On August - 6 - 2009
Anyone who knows me knows I am a huge fan of Jeff Hardy.
I can remember as far back as attending Raw in '99 and watching Summerslam 2000, when I became a huge fan of both the Hardyz: To this day I am hooked on Hardy.
There are however haters out there, people that would love to see him fail. There are more than a few, so I wouldn't call any out by name (Ray, Dub, and Shane), but I do know they are out there.
I recently decided to have a one-on-one discussion with Pro Wrestling's Community Leader, Shane Howard about Hardy, ...
