TNA Impact: Sting is a Cancer to TNA
On July - 2 - 2010
For six months now we have watched the Hogan/Bischoff era of TNA. Many fans continue to express their dissatisfaction with the direction of the 'new' TNA. The "in with the old, out with the new" mentality has seemed to plague the TNA locker room as of late. The terrible gimmicks, the lack of structure. But, this is not another article by a disgruntled fan flaming the repeated attempts of TNA to "rise to the top of the mountain".
Instead, this is acknowledgement by a fan, who has remained loyal the past six months and, ...
Pro Wrestling: A State of Independence
On July - 2 - 2010
It's Friday, so all I have to do is flick on my television set and surf through the channels, and eventually I'll find WWE SmackDown! and get my wrestling fix for free. No questions asked, no thought required, and all is well with the world.
Life is easy, isn't it?
What's more is I can stumble online tomorrow and pontificate about the previous night's episode as an unpaid critic, and I still won't have to think too deeply about the subject. This is just as well, as the industry is a lot more complicated than most of us think it is, and ...
WWE JNXT: It’s Official, the Nexus Angle is Cursed
On July - 1 - 2010
The ominous series of events that have ensued since the beginning of the Nexus angle have been causes of concern for all parties involved.
So much so that the term "jinx" is starting to carry a considerable amount of merit given the odd occurrences in recent WWE history.
It all started with a tie.
During a beatdown angle of John Cena that would prove to be the start of the WWE's big summer angle, a well done, yet easily overlooked, spot saw Daniel Bryan choke Justin Roberts with his own tie.
Bryan was subsequently released for violating ...
What Was/Is TNA Thinking?
On July - 1 - 2010
Has there ever been a moment in wrestling where you thought the company dropped the ball with a storyline or thought that a match was too stupid even to watch?
Did those moments occur on the same night?
Were you watching TNA?
Well now we have something in common; we both think TNA is the most confusing wrestling company that is still in business.
Yes, even though there are some die-hard TNA fans out there (all five of you) reading this, you have to admit they have done stupid things.
I know WCW and WWE have made stupid mistakes as well, but ...
The Anonymous Raw GM: Triple H
On July - 1 - 2010
Triple H is due to make his return soon. The anonymous Raw General manager and the true leader of Nexus could be Vince McMahon’s son-in-law.
Target—John Cena
Triple H could be jealous about John Cena being the company’s face. That is why he had Nexus attacked John
Cena with a brutal beat down seemingly for no reason. Nexus also cost Cena the WWE championship at Fatal Four Way.
Target—Sheamus
The fact that Sheamus won the WWE championship when Nexus interfered wasn’t meant to happen, as they intended to due harm to him as well.
Triple H was feuding with Sheamus prior to his injury. The fact ...

Bryan Danielson Release
"WWE has come to terms on the release of NXT first season rookie Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) as of today June 11, 2010. We wish Daniel Bryan the best in all future endeavors." Posted by WWE.com
That statement infuriated the WWE Universe and the IWC. From the beginning there was speculation as to the legitimacy of the release. Bryan Danielson (Daniel Bryan) was silent about the release for the weeks that followed his termination. He finally made a statement and addressed the fans' support. The following are excerpts from Danielson’s blog.

Summerslam Predictions Regarding Two Top Stars
On July - 1 - 2010
This is all speculation and possible spoilers as I've done some detective work regarding to The Undertaker and Triple H.
I have stumbled upon this year's Summerslam poster which has Triple H and Undertaker prominently in the center. Also the PPV description reads, "WWE action slams into summer as John Cena, Triple H, Rey Mysterio, and all your favorite WWE Superstars battle for WWE gold and glory on Sunday, August 15th, live on Pay-Per-View!"
Undertaker being in the poster could mean his return at Summerslam after resting his nagging injuries. Triple H being in the poster and mention in the PPV description makes it seem that Triple H is ...
The Top 10 Pro Wrestlers of All-Time
On July - 1 - 2010
I tend to cringe when I google "greatest wrestler of all-time" and I get names like Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan at the top of most lists.
Don't get me wrong, both of those men have been the most influential superstars in the history of the business, and deserve their spot in Wrestling's Hall of Fame. However, let's get real here.
Hogan was a juiced up meat head who had five moves in his arsenal, and Stone Cold was a bad ass, take no crap gimmick that stunned everyone in his path. Both were very likable characters, and ...
Get Out of Your Mind: The Future of the WWE’s All-Rookie Faction, Nexus
On July - 1 - 2010
As we have seen for weeks now, the NXT Season One rookies have made an impact on the WWE Universe and WWE management. They are, in fact, ONE when they come out, going by the old Hart Family motto: "united we stand, divided we fall."
With all seven of them together, they're unstoppable.
Even when they are evenly numbered, like we saw last week, they take people out like wolves.
Some were saying that without leader Wade Barrett they couldn't exist. Last week, they proved that false. In any case, as Jason Taylor reported here on B/R, Wade Barrett's work visa issues ...
Wade Barrett Returns to WWE While The Nexus’ Role Expands
On July - 1 - 2010
Wade Barrett's work visa issues appear to have been resolved, as The Wrestling Observer is reporting that he may be back in the states as early as today, and back on WWE television as early as next week.
Barrett and WWE had been discussing the situation about his work visa for a few weeks prior to its expiration, therefore it didn't catch WWE completely by surprise and it appeared to have been resolved fairly quickly.
Unfortunately, the same can't be said for Drew McIntyre, as there's been no word on when he may return.
The Nexus members have been told by WWE officials to play the ...
