WWE Raw: Results, Questions and Comments for September 27th

Posted by Rob Belote On September - 28 - 2010
Usually I'd say this is the second week after Night Of Champions, but it's probably more appropriate to say that this is the last Raw before the Hell in a Cell pay per view. I'm coming into this an hour late, so the first part of my article is going to be a bit different.  Bear with me. Apparently, the show started with a segment between Daniel Bryan (Danielson) and The Miz regarding their differences, and then evolved into a tag match involving the folks from the United States Championship Match for the upcoming pay per view: ...

The WWE Rosters: A Merge is The Right Thing to Do

Posted by Micheal Robinson On September - 28 - 2010
In March of 2001, WWE purchased WCW from AOL Time Warner.A year later, most former WCW talent was kept on board as newly-acquired WWE wrestlers. With the roster being so saturated, the WWE brass decided that a brand extension was the way to go. Just like it still remains today, Raw and Smackdown hold two separate rosters and champions as their own unique shows.  As it stands of now, only the Unified Tag Team Champions (Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes) and the Unified Divas Champion (Michelle McCool) can go on either show and defend their titles. With this being said, the WWE Championship and the ...
Daniel Bryan, John Morrison, John Cena, The PG Era, and all of the horrible ideas many [of you] produce. Yeah, I'm that guy.  Now, I’d like to add that I am, by all matter of fact, a pretentious guy, even though I may not like to believe so, I am. I’m going to try and start this article off without seeming bias at all for any reason you may think I am being biased. I’m not a hater for the sake of hating, and I don’t argue a point that I don’t believe to be true, and I’m also very open to ...

Forgotten Gems: Why WWE Divas Gail Kim, Jillian, and Natalya Deserve Pushes

Posted by Renee Gerber On September - 27 - 2010
WWE has a really bad habit of not pushing some of their most deserving talent. This is certainly the case with many of the male wrestlers, including people like the released Shelton Benjamin as well as current stars such as MVP, John Morrison, Evan Bourne, and Christian. The female wrestlers, better known as divas, are no exception to this rule. There are three women in particular who are extremely deserving of a push, more so than a few of their counterparts whom have already received the honor. They are Gail Kim, Jillian, and Natalya. Let me start with Gail Kim. ...

OH MY GOD! Tara Posts Pictures Of Elbow (bursa) Injury, Not For Faint Of Heart

Posted by J.C The Savior Gustin On September - 27 - 2010
severe the injury to Tara's elbow is? Wonder no more.  See for yourself after she posted pics of it today: http://twitpic.com/2sk3ls Anyone else feeling nauseous? It reminds me of when I dislocated my finger, but this is on a much larger scale. Actually Dixie Carter just tweeted that it is a burst synovial bursa. The synovial bursa (according to wikipedia.org) provides cushion to bones and tendons give the joint free movement. This has to be extremely painful and restricting to a person. Hopefully Tara will have a speedy recovery. My prayers are with her. Read more Pro Wrestling news on BleacherReport.com

Matt Hardy Going to TNA May End Up As The Best Career Choice For Hardy

Posted by Travis Smith On September - 27 - 2010
WWE is pretty much on the verge of releasing Matt Hardy because of his recent internet tirade about being sent home from the WWE European tour. Matt posted a video on youtube killing the rumor, but it also left a sour taste in WWE's mouth, thus pretty much prompting them to release the former United States champion. Matt has been with the WWE since 1997, and yes, even though Matt will be gone from the WWE, the release could be a new lease on his career. Matt could end up in TNA, and if he does sign on with the young ...

SmackDown to SyFy: Cena, Edge, Sheamus, and More Big Stars Inbound?!

Posted by Dylan Thomas On September - 27 - 2010
So with SmackDown moving to SyFy will there be an exodus of big stars moving from Raw to SmackDown to boost the roster and add main event star power? There have been many rumours of a trade or mini draft occurring but we haven’t heard anything leading to the live debut. In my opinion it would have been a good idea to launch the show with a mini draft to attract viewers and give SmackDown a launch pad on SyFy. But it doesn’t seem as though WWE is going that way instead we have been giving the hook of Cena, Nexus ...

TNA’s Tara Has Cancer Scare, Reassures Fans That She Is Okay

Posted by Chris Mueller AKA The Dude On September - 27 - 2010
Tara posted a blog recently that went into detail about a recent trip to the doctor. Tara noticed a bump on her thigh so she went to the doctor to see what it could be. It was apparently nothing, but the doctor noticed a mole and decided to check it. The mole came back as a form of carcinoma, the most common form of skin cancer. The doctor had cut most of it off to test it, and Tara will go back in to have the rest removed. She is in high spirits since it could have been much worse. Tara said that ...

Humor: My Rant On WWE/TNA Being Too Sexy For Television

Posted by Chris Mueller AKA The Dude On September - 27 - 2010
It's time for a change. We can no longer exploit people by showing off their bodies. It's unfair to them and it's not good for our children to have to watch overly sexy wrestlers. What am I talking about you may ask? I am talking about all the guys in WWE being forced to show off their bodies to the millions of horny women out there. We are not pieces of meat ladies, we are real people with feelings. Why does Cody Rhodes need to wear less in the ring than most people wear to bed? Is it so you can get ...

John Cena Has Been Listening to IWC Critics, and It Shows

Posted by Chris Mueller AKA The Dude On September - 27 - 2010
John Cena has never been one to let criticisms get to him, and I have always respected that about him. When he comes out to boos, he still gives it his all because he loves the business. Many, including myself, have criticized the WWE's decision to make Cena the face of the company, but now I am starting to change my mind. I will be the first to admit that Cena is nowhere near the best in the ring, but he has so many other qualities that propel him up the ladder. His mic skills are great, even if he is spouting kid-friendly ...
