Evan Bourne’s whirlwind WWE career just keeps on spinning.  The high-flying superstar has had a really rough go-round as of late. He failed a wellness test and was suspended for 30 days last November, only to fail another test in January and receive a 60-day suspension as result.  Then, news broke last week that Bourne had suffered a serious foot injury and would be off of TV even longer than expected. How long? Well, it looks like it’s possible that he’ll be done for good.  From SEScoops.com: Evan Bourne sustained a midfoot fracture dislocation in an undisclosed accident last week ...
John Cena certainly didn’t get what he asked for last night at the end of Raw SuperShow as Brock Lesnar made his return to the WWE, delivering an F5 to leader of the CeNation. After remaining silent about the attack from Lesnar for the majority of the day today, Cena took to his Twitter account just a moment ago to respond to being left laying at the end of Raw Monday night. This has never meant more than it does right now #riseabovehate #nevergiveup— John Cena (@JohnCena) April 3, 2012 While the tweet by Cena didn’t go into any detail, I ...

WWE RAW Supershow: Daniel Bryan and the [R]evolution of Yes!

Posted by Shane Combs On April - 3 - 2012
If you didn’t hear the chants last night on RAW, they went something like this: Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! All night long. I once argued with another wrestling fan, thinking it was about Daniel Bryan, only to discover it was about that word Yes! I was telling this fan what I told Bleacher Report two months ago—Daniel Bryan is the reason I started watching weekly, closely again. I called Daniel Bryan the MVP for quality and explained that he’s made everyone better since becoming world champion. Out of breath, I allowed for a response and what did I hear? I just ...
On the April 2nd edition of Monday Night Raw, the WWE had scripted a Sheamus/Alberto Del Rio promo in the second half of the show. This promo was meant to solidify Sheamus as a top face and reintroduce Del Rio as Sheamus' No. 1 challenger for the World's Heavyweight Title leading up to Extreme Rules.Last year, a promo like this would have done a serviceable job of setting up a new storyline, but last night, the crowd in Miami wanted no part of it. What was supposed to start a new feud only fell like a lead balloon. The crowd had ...
It's been one hell of a couple of days.WrestleMania 28 was a great pay-per-view with a fantastic crowd, and last night's episode of Monday night Raw was yet another awesome show with yet another incredible crowd.I honestly can't recall a time in recent WWE history where so many big things happened in such a short span: The Undertaker vs. Triple H inside Hell in a Cell, The Rock beating John Cena clean, Brock Lesnar's return and F5 on Cena, etc.Anticipation and excitement in the WWE is at an all-time high, and so is the stock of some WWE superstars who ...
After defeating Chris Jericho Sunday night at WrestleMania, WWE champion CM Punk was thrown into a WWE title match against Mark Henry as punishment for making fun of new Raw and SmackDown GM John Laurinaitis. Who will be the next superstar to feud with the “Best in the World” after Laurinaitis said there will be “natural disasters” heading his way in the coming weeks? From WrestlingInc.com: WWE has pointed out that "Tensai" means disaster in a new article looking at Lord Tensai's debut last night on RAW from Miami. Speculation is that Lord Tensai will be feuding with WWE Champion CM Punk after John ...
