Posted by The Doctor Chris Mueller On February - 1 - 2016
Welcome to Bleacher Report's live WWE Raw coverage for February 1. James Wortman of WWE.com has confirmed Brock Lesnar's return for Monday's show. The Beast is already booked for the main event of Fastlane, so it will be interesting to see if he goes after one of his opponents or if The Wyatt Family targets him first. The same article also mentioned the ongoing storyline involving R-Truth and Goldust. Both men have lacked directions recently, so teaming up might be just the thing they need to get back on track. We can also expect to see more matches being made for Fastlane, The Authority ...

Roman Reigns’ WWE Title Chase Will Hinge on Avoiding Predictability

Posted by Ryan Dilbert On February - 1 - 2016
Predictability hangs over Roman Reigns' quest to regain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship like brewing storm clouds. In the continued effort to sell the audience on Reigns as the top hero of the WWE world, the company has him battling his way down a road that we can all see coming. The Big Dog is poised to become the No. 1 contender at Fastlane by outlasting Brock Lesnar and Dean Ambrose before conquering Triple H at WrestleMania. If that's the plan WWE sticks with, it's going to take major creativity to avoid having that story weighed down by a lack of suspense. Reigns' pursuit of ...
The 2016 Royal Rumble was an event filled to its brim with memorable moments, but none was bigger or more important to the current landscape of World Wrestling Entertainment than Triple H's victory in the titular match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. As memorable and integral as that moment may be to the story WWE is trying to tell in the build to WrestleMania 32, it never should have happened. Triple H's victory in the Rumble match—and his current reign as champion—is evidence of the company's utter failure to develop high-quality heels over the last five years. Triple H, for as ...

Posted by Ryan Dilbert On February - 1 - 2016
Brock Lesnar, a voracious beast with revenge on his mind, promises to be the centerpiece of the first WWE Raw of February. Lesnar is set to make his first appearance since The Wyatt Family engulfed him at the Royal Rumble. With him headed for Fastlane's main event as well, he's sure to have take some swings at his opponents for that night—Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. As WWE looks to hype Fastlane, it will have to do so with an incomplete roster. Even more Superstars have suffered injuries of late. Just who is healthy enough to step into the ring? What narratives can fans ...
As the final pay-per-view before WWE's WrestleMania 32 show, it's vital that Fastlane goes off with a bang. The right people need to be pushed well before that event to make sure that the whole card looks exciting and worth watching as WrestleMania approaches this year. Here are three stars in particular who deserve the biggest push as Fastlane nears.   Kevin Owens Kevin Owens may not have come through the Royal Rumble match with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but his efforts earlier in the night leave him well placed for a good run toward WrestleMania 32. Owens was in arguably the match of the ...

WWE Superstar Power Rankings for 2/1/2016

Posted by Alex Musso On February - 1 - 2016
With the Royal Rumble over and Fastlane 2016 still about three weeks away, the WWE Superstar Power Rankings didn't see much change this week.  Triple H stayed put at No. 1, with Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Kalisto and The Wyatt Family keeping their places in the top five.  In the Nos. 6-10 slots, a bit of shuffling took place, but no one dropped out or jumped into the top 10. That's not to say the week was uneventful, though.  The headline news, of course, was that The Rock returned to Raw this past Monday and got into it with The New ...
