Police in Cleveland have a warrant out for the arrest of Donald Nemeth, brother of Nicholas Nemeth, aka WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler, per Cleveland Scene's Vince Grzegorek. Authorities charged Nemeth with aggravated murder in the death of Joshua Mascol on Jan. 23 at the University Hotel and Suites in Cleveland, per Cleveland.com's Ryllie Danylko, citing court documents. Police allege Nemeth attempted to rob Mascol before shooting him. Police released surveillance photos of Nemeth and another man in February, but they only issued the warrant Tuesday.
