At the Tables, Ladders and Chairs pay per view, Del Rio proved that he can hang with the big boys as he worked a title match against Kane, Edge and Rey Mysterio. While he didn't win the title, he did win the approval of a lot of the audience.
However, he needs just a little bit more.
That little bit is Legacy. The stable was once designed to be a tool to elevate Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase. The two were aligned with Randy Orton in an attempt to fast forward their pushes towards the main event scene.
