Punk is Now Hiding Behind a Mask and Enters Fatal 4-way

Posted by lee raydean On May - 31 - 2010
Friday Night Smackdown saw something that had looked somewhat like a super hero. The guy donning a black mask, tattoos chest hair, and beard was non other than C.M Punk. A few minutes before his match against the big red machine, Kane, Punk was seen in the locker room with a towel over his head. One could only imagine what he must look like. Serena was trying to reassure that he still looked beautiful. Luke Gallows agreed and they all walked down to the ring together. Punk was a little hesitant at first but finally went into the ring. The WWE Universe ...

Overhyped: Why Jack is Swagger-less

Posted by Kingly One On May - 31 - 2010
If a person was to casually listen to the praise rendered to Jack Swagger by most people in the IWC, it would not be absurd to think that the man was a laboratory-created amalgamation of Owen Hart, Bret Hart, and Kurt Angle, cleverly pieced into one perfect specimen of a wrestler. Sadly, a mere look at Jack Swagger in the ring dispels all the affectionate and worshipful ramblings that are relentlessly uttered that present him as a perfect wrestler. Much like the independent stars who manage to claw their way into the WWE, amateur wrestlers in the WWE are, ...

Top 10 WWE Storylines from the 2000s

Posted by jason hamilton On May - 30 - 2010
There seems to be lack of great storylines recently. Now from 2000 to 2009 there where some great ones and I will bring the ones I feel where so perfectly put together they could easily make the transition to the PG era or any era and be relevant. Just so everyone is clear i have a simple criteria the feud must have started in the 2000's; no decade hoppers on this list. Relit feuds may be on the list however. Pleas comment all criticism is appreciated. Begin Slideshow

Jim Ross Signs New Deal with WWE

Posted by The T.I. Fan On May - 30 - 2010
What's up Bleaches? ''No time to waste, so let's bleach it!'' Jim Ross has been contemplating leaving WWE, but it appears that he has finally made a deal with them, which will keep him active in the company for a while longer. According to Baltimore Sun.com, Ross has worked out a new deal to remain with WWE. Jim wrote the following on his blog Friday Night: “I have worked out what we believe to be a win/win, employee agreement with WWE and will remain with the company that I have been with essentially since 1993,” he wrote. “Going forward, I will be focusing on a ...

You Might Be a Wrestling Fan If…

Posted by Micheal Robinson On May - 30 - 2010
Most people have heard of Jeff Foxworthy and his countless number of redneck jokes.  "You might be a redneck if you cut your grass and find a car in your front yard."   Well, how about wrestling fans who may do things they do or don't realize that make them known as a fan of the squared circle.  Let's go over some that I have come with and feel free to name a few you think of as well.   You might be a wrestling fan if... You tell your boss you aren't getting over well with the storylines that are being written. You play Dolph ...

Analysing Wrestling Veterans — Who Still has Something to Offer?

Posted by Cec Van Galini On May - 30 - 2010
The addiction of performing has gripped many wrestling superstars over the years. The rush they must get from arriving at an arena, to hear their name cheered or booed. The sounds and the smells, the agonies and joys. Many can not walk away from it and continue into their twilight years still lacing their boots and walking out each night. As they get older however, their performances drop and while some can still produce excellent matches, there can be no doubt that it is but a matter of time before retirement calls. This slideshow will analyse those superstars for whom ...

Sean Waltman Explains His Absence from TNA

Posted by Lewis W On May - 30 - 2010
Hey Bleacherholics! Most of you won't be a big fan of the man pictured. Sean Waltman is mostly known as a loud mouth, disrespectful man, both in and out of the ring. But I don't like to bash wrestlers; they deliver spectacular performances. When Waltman and Hall signed with TNA, many observers contemplated how long the two would stay. Well, they are still in the Impact Zone today. However, Waltman has missed several TNA shows, most notably his Pay-Per-View Lockdown match, alongside Scott Hall, against Ink Inc.  Many internet rumors tried to decipher the reason behind Waltman's absence. Most believed Waltman reverted back to his old ...

The Next In Line in the WWE: Contenders to Take John Cena’s Throne

Posted by Christy Barber On May - 30 - 2010
Since 2005, John Cena has been the name and face of the WWE. He's held the WWE Championship seven times, World Heavyweight Championship two times, he's a Royal Rumble winner, three time U.S. Champion and a two time Tag Team Champion. Cena has beaten future hall of famers and is considered to be a hall of famer himself. He's sold merchandise, starred in movies, made the cover of magazines, kissed babies and fat chicks. While this is great, Cena's reign at the top won't last forever. I'll go over some candidates that have a chance at being the next ...

41 Things TNA Must Do Right Now To Survive In The Long Term!

Posted by Rok Stein On May - 30 - 2010
Hogan and Bischoff have failed at TNA definitively. I wanted them to succeed so much but that hasn't panned out. They've relied too much on big names for ratings and it must be considered that Easy E's biggest ability in WCW was to create dream matches i.e., WWF stars vs. WCW stars. However, that hasn't worked in TNA because while having Hall and Nash in WCW in their prime, having the old veterans now is financially and wrestling wise, a big step backwards. Here is a few things TNA, in my opinion, should consider during the next 12 months to survive ...
