Bill Goldberg Possibly Returning To WWE

Posted by Dido On March - 24 - 2010
Former WCW/WWE superstar Goldberg is currently in talks with WWE on returning to wrestling. His last match was literally one of the worst of all time when he faced Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XX back in 2004. Funny thing is that he has had repeatedly stated that he has no interest in returning to the ring, but recently has had a change of heart. He also hinted that TNA "dropped the ball" not trying their hardest to employ him. In any case I'm excited seeing Goldberg, as he was very exciting back in when he was WWE. He debuted in 2003 the night after WrestleMania ...
His career has spanned over twenty years in the WWE. He's put on some of the greatest matches we've ever feasted our eyes on. His career is as crucial to the WWE as the Yankee hat is to Jay-Z. And yet to him, he has no future. His future has ended if he doesn't complete what he has been dreaming for these last couple months. End the legendary Wrestlemania streak. Many believe he should be the one to finally end the streak. They feel that he has done enough for the company to recieve this honor. I disagree. Why? Simply for the fact that he ...

Should WWE Turn Triple H Heel Again?

Posted by Dido On February - 27 - 2010
According to sources, there have been talks about having Triple H become a heel once again in his career. Seems like it was supposed to happen early last year, but plans were stalled due to the most recent DX reunion. Triple H has been a face in the WWE since 2006, and I think it's about time to turn him back into the cerebral assassin that dominated WWE from 2003-2005. He gave birth to Evolution, which developed future WWE stars Batista and Randy Orton. He monopolized WWE when each member held WWE gold. Now that Shawn is embroiled in a feud with Undertaker, it ...

Wrestlemania 26: Why the Main Events Are Way Too Predictable

Posted by Dido On February - 25 - 2010
What we have on our hands is an unbelievable pay-per-view with three fantastic main events that will most likely persuade us to dig $55 out of our wallets to view. It's been months and months of build up and we're finally going to see the result as they go head to head. We have a WWE Championship Match between Batista (c) vs John Cena. A World Heavyweight Championship Match between Chris Jericho (c) vs Edge. Finally we have a Streak vs. Career match consisting of Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels. Worthy main event matches for the biggest pay-per-view of the year, no? My only gripe with ...
We've salivated for months about it. We begged the WWE to make this match happen. We discussed the possible ways the WWE could make this match. Finally we got our answer, and our dream match will happen. "The Rated R Superstar" Edge vs "The Best In The World" Chris Jericho. Yeah that's right, it's going to happen. For once the WWE listened to the fans and is giving us what we want. These two former Tag champs are going into this with huge burden on their shoulders. They are considered among the very best the WWE has to offer. Which leaves us with ...

NXT Premier: Bryan Danielson Makes an Immediate Impact In WWE

Posted by Dido On February - 24 - 2010
As I was watching WWE NXT a couple of hours ago, I'll be blunt and straight to the point. I did not much care for the other rookies as much as I did for Bryan Danielson. Now going by the name Daniel Bryan. From the beginning of the show to the end, it was all Bryan. Sure we got to see some of the other rookies but none really caught my attention. In the beginning of the show Bryan and his "mentor" had a bit of teacher/student drama. With Bryan arguing how he has been in the business twice as ...

Why Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels II Will End in a Draw

Posted by Dido On February - 23 - 2010
Last year at Wrestlemania 25 we were witness to one of the greatest wrestling     matches of all time. Legendary performers The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels met in the square ring for the first time at Wrestlemania. Both were staples at the event as each had their own history within it. Undertaker with his unbroken streak and Shawn Michaels for his five star matches, all at Wrestlemania. What followed was a 30 minute roller coaster ride of a match where Shawn came up really close multiple times but ultimately failed and became another victim of the Deadman who extended his streak to 17-0. Now ...
A recent barrage of articles claiming pro wrestling is fake and not a real sport have come from seemingly out of nowhere. This person makes fun of pro wrestling, mocking it, mocking the fans, and everything about it. Although no one can really do anything about it since it's his own opinion. We can voice our own comeback about our passion. But what I don't think people understand about this entertainment we fans watch is the danger the superstars themselves face every time they step into the ring. These people travel across the world, away from their families just to have the right ...
