Any wrestling fan has some pieces of memorabilia, but only legit fans have a lot of those items. Here's a list of wrestling memorabilia you should have if you are a legit wrestling fan.If you have at least one item listed you're a casual wrestling fan.If you have all but the last three, you are a legit wrestling fan.If you have absolutely all of them, you are a hardcore fan.And if you have collections of all items, you work for a wrestling company (or know someone that does).Begin Slideshow
Throughout the years, the WWE roster has consisted mainly of American (US) wrestlers, but there have also been some wrestlers from other nationalities. They are mostly Canadian, Mexican and from the UK, but I included wrestlers from every continent. I tried to only include one from each country, but that was impossible, Mexico, Canada and the UK have multiple entrants.Begin Slideshow
With Edge reportedly retiring from the WWE, they have one pressing issue. As a World Heavyweight Champion, he should be defending the title, but since he's leaving the company, he won't be able to do that.I suppose the title will be vacated until the next WWE PPV, Extreme Rules. A match between Edge and Alberto del Rio was scheduled to take place at that PPV, but now the WWE needs to find a replacement for the Ultimate Opportunist. Here are five guys who could fill in Edge shoes at least this once.Begin Slideshow
Today we have the Hall of Fame induction ceremony before RAW and the premiere of the new Tough Enough after it. But before that let's look at the event that took place last night, the 27th edition of WrestleMania. As far as the PPVs we've had so far, we started the year with a forgettable Royal Rumble, then continued it with an awesome Elimination Chamber PPV to get us on the Road to WrestleMania, which ended last night. Here's my match-by-match analysis: The Rock PromoAfter the singing of America the Beautiful and an intro, The Rock takes a long time to enter ...
About a month ago I wrote an article about Old School things that I miss this one is kind of a follow up. Some people say that bringing in old guys hurts the WWE, but I'm going to give you 10 reason for the opposite argument, bringing in old guys helps them.Just in case, I'm referring to both guys who make sporadic appearances (Stone Cold, The Rock, JBL, etc.) and guys who are around but not all the time (The Undertaker, HHH and so on).Begin Slideshow

WWE Road to WrestleMania: Top 10 Old School Things I Miss

Posted by Jon Sainz On February - 25 - 2011
In the Elimination Chamber PPV, the WWE Championship match was Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. The Miz.This match featured some moves we had not seen in a long time in the WWE. This got me thinking about things that I miss in the WWE, which led to this article.I guess that everybody misses some things they used to see in wrestling matches, and I'm almost positive that most young fans had never seen some of Lawler's moves before this Sunday.FYI: I won't talk about the rating since we've had great matches with the PG rating (HBK vs. Taker) and awful ones ...

WWE Elimination Chamber 2011: From Worst to Best, "This Is Awesome!"

Posted by Jon Sainz On February - 21 - 2011
Today is 2-21-11. Questions will be answered in tonight's WWE RAW, and we are 41 days away from WrestleMania, but first let's take a look at the latest WWE PPV, Elimination Chamber. In my last WWE article, I nominated the Royal Rumble as a front-runner for Worst PPV of the Year. But somehow the WWE has managed to follow an awful PPV with an awesome one (despite the Miz, not because of him). Here's my analysis of the PPV.   ADR vs. Kofi Kingston The first half of the match is kind of weird, with Del Rio in the ropes not ...

WWE Superstar of the Year For the Past 10 Years

Posted by Jon Sainz On June - 20 - 2010
It's been a while since I wrote a wrestling article. This time I'm going to look back on the last 10 years and choose a wrestler for each of them. I tried not to put one guy in two different years.Begin Slideshow

What WWE Could Do to Improve the Product: Part One, RAW

Posted by Jon Sainz On April - 27 - 2010
With the WWE Draft now over, RAW got the vast majority of main event status wrestlers. This may be good for the company and here are some ideas of how to use this.   Primary Title (WWE) Having a lot of star power is a good thing for the WWE title, as there are many No. 1 contender possibilities; this may lead to some great feuds and championship matches. It also grants us some diversity in the champions and championship matches, not just HHH, Orton, or Cena being champion almost all the time. The only problem I see is ...
