WWE WrestleMania 29: Preview, Predictions, Match Order and Opinion

Posted by Luke Adamson On April - 2 - 2013
One of the greatest entertainment spectacles of the year is once again upon us! WrestleMania broadcasts from MetLife stadium in New Jersey, and no matter how the show is booked, it is sure to have people talking for weeks to come. Will The Undertaker's legendary streak continue? Will John Cena turn on the fans? Will the career of Triple H end? In this article you will find: Previews and predictions for every (known) match. My thoughts on how certain matches should be ordered, including what the main event should be. (The order in which the matches appear in the slideshow represents this.) Opinions ...

WWE: NXT Wrestler Arrested and Possibly Fired

Posted by Luke Adamson On November - 30 - 2012
Earlier this year, the WWE made one of their best decisions in recent memory: reinventing WWE NXT. It is a move that I, among many, believe has had a profound and positive impact on their developmental territory. The move away from the relatively big arenas, which the WWE typically use to tape their flagship shows, to the much smaller (almost Impact! Zone-like) arena at Full Sail University means that the stars of the future can work their way up through the ranks without being thrown in at the deep end in front of a large (and sometimes hostile) audience—fans who are there only ...

WWE: Luke’s Money in the Bank 2011 Predictions

Posted by Luke Adamson On July - 16 - 2011
Coming off of four of the most compelling and invigorating weeks of WWE television in ages, this year's Money In The Bank pay-per-view is set to be one of the most important events the WWE have ever produced. Capitol Punishment was the first PPV in a long time that I have not previewed for this site, the reason being that I simply was not interested enough to put the time and effort into doing so.However, the event itself wasn't bad in the end, but it wasn't good either. Hence, I give it a 6/10 rating. But this upcoming PPV is probably the ...

WWE: Luke’s Detailed WrestleMania XXVII Predictions

Posted by Luke Adamson On April - 2 - 2011
Finally, WrestleMania season has arrived, and this Sunday, we will see WWE's yearly spectacular emanating from the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. The build for this year's WrestleMania in my estimation has been superior to the previous two years, and I think this card looks a lot stronger than that which we were given this time last year for WrestleMania. This WrestleMania has been the subject of some unfounded criticism on this site as of late, and I am warming to the belief that there is no pleasing some wrestling fans. I have even read in some places that people do ...
We are nearing the end of the road to WrestleMania, and as is usual this time of year, rumours and whispers about what is going to happen at the big event are swirling and spreading like some freakish disease. However, what I bring you this morning is more than just rumour. We have revealing interviews with The Rock and John Cena, news on Kelly Kelly's possible role at WrestleMania and yet another name change to WWE's ever-evolving PPV schedule.  So, without further ado, let's get to it:   The Rock teases returning to in-ring action in an interview with WWE magazine, Tough Enough appearance confirmed: Yes, you heard ...
Just over a week ago, I posted an article with news on The Rock appearing on Raw the night after WrestleMania 27. However, on Raw, The Rock teased an appearance before WrestleMania, without disclosing specific details. The Rock has now given us the date of his appearance via his Facebook page: "Get ready CHICAGO...The Rock is Bringin' It and we're "Puttin' Our Boots to Candy Asses" LIVE on RAW and ELECTRIFYING THE WORLD...3/28/11" This is fantastic news for WWE, because it creates more publicity just six days before the "showcase of the immortals". It also means that The Rock will ...

WWE: The Rock to Appear Live on Raw the Night After WrestleMania 27

Posted by Luke Adamson On March - 10 - 2011
It has been announced on WWE.com that The Rock will be appearing on Raw the night after he hosts  WrestleMania 27. The event will take place in Atlanta. Here is the official story from WWE.com: "Just 24 hours after WrestleMania XXVII Host Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson takes the reins of The Show of Shows, 'the most electrifying man in entertainment' will be appearing on Monday Night Raw, live in Atlanta. Tune in to Raw at 9/8 CT on Monday, April 4—the night after WrestleMania—to find out what The People’s Champ is cookin’." This can only be good news for the WWE, as it ...

WWE: The Latest News Regarding Undertaker Vs. Triple H at Wrestlemania 27

Posted by Luke Adamson On February - 25 - 2011
The Undertaker made his epic return on Raw this week, only to be somewhat trumped by the long awaited return of The Game Triple H. In this article, I will give you the latest news surrounding this truly gigantic feud which has been reborn after so long.   Injury Update on The Undertaker There is concern within the WWE about the current well-being of The Undertaker. His recuperation from the major surgery he had on his shoulder is said to be going slower than was hoped for despite Undertaker's hard work with physical therapy. Despite this, the match between Undertaker and HHH is still ...
We are three weeks removed from the Royal Rumble, and this Sunday the annual Elimination Chamber PPV reaches our TV screens, the final PPV before WrestleMania. The brutal satanic structure longs to devour flesh, break bones and strike fear at the very heart of anyone who enters it. Well, it used to anyway. There is no doubt that with the current product, the match has lost its identity somewhat. We all know that on Sunday we will be seeing very little of the above characteristics of the match which used to be prolific a few years ago. That being said, ...
Today, I bring you the latest news on the identity of the man featured in the now famous 2/21/2011 promo. I also have an interview in which Wade Barrett denies that he has been approached to face Undertaker at the WWE's biggest event of the year, and to finish off I have Paul Bearer's take on the Undertaker facing Sting at Wrestlemania.   WWE Advertises Undertaker throughout the week beginning 2/21/2011 Any hope amongst the IWC that Sting may be behind the 2/21/2011 promo from Raw may now be diminished for good. After the arena holding Raw on 21st February advertised the return of The Undertaker ...
