WWE World Heavyweight champion Shaemus will square off against WWE champion CM Punk on the debut episode of WWE Main Event on the ION Television on Wednesday, October 3. Taping for the show will happen on October 2 from the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Champion vs. Champion main event of the brand new card has recently been officially announced on WWE.com. WWE action will begin at 9 p.m. ET and will last approximately one hour.
