Welcome Bleacher Creatures to the 3rd edition of the Enigmatic Debate. In case you missed the last two editions, the Enigmatic Debate revolves around the current wrestling world. From Impact Wrestling to the WWE, the Debate discusses any and every topic pro wrestling related. The goal for the series is to spark debates. As I’ve stated numerous times before, debates are healthy and a natural part of being in the Internet Wrestling Community (IWC). With each passing week, there’s a set of outrageous, factual, or unexpected news, to hit B/R from dirt sheets. Naturally, most of the IWC flock to ...
The winds of change are blowing. Is it time to usher in a new era on Monday and Friday Nights? Hello Creatures of the Night, we’re more than a day away from the 2011 WWE Draft.  Since the close of WrestleMania 27, a majority of the WWE Universe have questioned the possibility of a draft.Famous for taking weeks to promote the draft, the WWE seemingly exiled the event. Instead of promoting the Draft, the WWE decided to set the main event for WrestleMania 28. Before last week’s RAW, it seemed as if the WWE decided against the Draft. That is, ...
When I began watching wrestling in 1998, I was relatively new to the sport when World Championship Wrestling began exploiting Scott Hall’s demons on television. Hall was a longtime alcoholic and at times, WCW would allow Hall to wrestle intoxicated. Despite the fact that it ruined Hall's marriage to his wife Dana, Eric Bischoff and WCW Management allowed Hall to continue his destructive antics. The angle disgusted thousands of fans to a point where his wife Dana wrote a letter about Scott and his employer. Flowing with emotion and anger, Dana pleaded with WCW to end this angle and claimed that Scott’s alcoholism ...
Before I get started, I would like to say that I wrote this article Sunday and planned to release it after RAW. The shocking events of last night’s RAW altered my judgment and I ultimately decided to change and release at a later time. I’m sure we all know about the retirement of the Rated R Superstar and I hope to release my tribute article later today. When I entered the B/R Wrestling section last August, rumors began to fly through B/R and the numerous pro wrestling dirt sheets. Most sites were reporting that top-level performer Chris Jericho was on ...

TNA: An Original Fans Memories and Plea for Change

Looking to catch up on some old NCAA Football games, I decided to watch the SUN Sports Channel for a few hours. As the day passed and the aroma of fumbles, touchdowns and sacks overclouded my mind I witnessed a new phenomenon. As your typical WWE Fan, I was surprised to see that they amassed a small challenger in this company called Total Nonstop Action. With no Internet at the time, I had no prior knowledge of the company but remembered the familiar voice of Mike Tenay as he called a match between two guys named AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels. The Fallen ...
Before I start, I would like to note that this article was written before the news of this past week and was slightly altered because of it. As I sat watching Vickie Guerrero taunting the entrance and mannerisms of John Morrison, I noticed the snickers and laughter of my friends. Since the Elimination Chamber PPV, I’ve missed every single RAW, and when I witnessed Vickie pin Morrison, I was in awe. The same man who’s been on a hot streak as of late and was moments from winning the WWE Championship was now laying down for an overrated manager. One friend turned ...

Final Chapter: My Memories of the Animal Dave Batista

With the passing of the 27th edition of WrestleMania, it’s great to observe the WWE and their attempts to give the fans a great show. While their attempt may’ve misguided and money motivated, it’s great to witness the presence of The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker, and Triple H many years after their respective debuts in pro wrestling. Each man playing an extravagant role in the success of the Attitude Era, all played a role in some of the in ring action of the event. Now that the years have passed by and each has stood the test of time, one ...
One week after the 2008 WWE Draft, I sat down expecting new draftees Batista, Rey Mysterio, and Mr. MITB, CM Punk, to make some impactful debuts and set the tone for the rest of 2008. Legendary RAW Commentator Jim Ross made his way to the ring for his farewell speech. Good Ol JR was on his way to Smackdown but he would not leave without controversy. Half way into his speech, Edge interrupts JR and insults him to a point where Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder escort JR out. The Rated R Superstar taunts the RAW fans, stating that Triple H being drafted ...
From the moment my good friend, Jacob Waring, announced that he was resurrecting the Creature vs. Creature competition, I was astounded. The last time I participated in the CVC, I put my abilities to the test against some of the best writers in the pro wrestling section. To my surprise, I did better than I originally predicted. Despite numerous revisions and lack of votes, I was happy with my article. When he informed us that the topic was to choose the best WrestleMania, I was mind boggled. Two particular events arose in my mind, WrestleMania 17 and WrestleMania 23. In one of my past ...
We’re back! Welcome the 2nd edition of the Drive/Off. If you missed last week's, this new concept is has been created to fuel the common art of debates. Like I stated last week, debates are healthy and a natural part of being in the Internet Wrestling Community (IWC). With each passing week, there’s a set of outrageous, factual, or unexpected news to hit the B/R from dirt sheets. Naturally, most of the IWC flock to the comment section to voice our opinions on the subject at hand. On the other hand, the actions of WWE Creative tend to drive us ...
