Unless you have been hiding under a rock, you know that the WWE has come up with several new PPV's this year. Hell In A Cell, Breaking Point, Submission. Such and such. The idea is so that the WWE can have more PPV's per year which equals more income for Mr. McMahon.
With all the fuss about the new PPV's and how stupid they are (There have only been 19 Hell In a Cell's in the history of the WWE! Now your devoting an enitre PPV to it!) I started brain storming up different ideas.
Then this PPV occured to me. It would sort of be like the Royal Rumble only with titles at risk and you don't toss people over the top rope.
Every world title would be at risk, that means the World Heavyweight Title, the WWE Title...
