After sustaining multiple blows to the head during Sunday night's Survivor Series PPV as well as Monday night's Raw, the Big Show is being held out of participation with concussion symptoms.
In order to retain his WWE title during Sunday's main event, Randy Orton hit Show with a classic move that many have been clamoring to see more of: a punt to the head.
While the blow didn't give the veteran superstar a concussion, it did result in some "head trauma," according to ringside physician Dr. Chris Amann.
