WWE has come to terms on the release of Matt Hardy, effective as of October 15, 2010. WWE wishes Matt Hardy the best in his future endeavors.
Nobody is surprised, as Hardy has been talking frequently about leaving WWE and joining his brother in TNA. However, it is unknown whether or not Matt has a 90-day no compete clause. I imagine he does.
Matt has already began tweeting about the issue and had the following to say:
