According to reports, Christopher Klucsaritis, a.k.a. Chris Kanyon, has been found dead. He was 40 years old.
His wrestling career started in late 1994 as a jobber in the WWE. After his friend James Mitchell saw potential in him, Kanyon began training with the Fabulous Moolah in South Carolina as well as Afa at the Wild Samoan wrestling school.
He also started his WCW career as a jobber before being repackaged as Mortis, a character based on Reptile and Scorpion. He would start a feud with Glacier and lose at Uncensored. After the match, Wrath debuted and formed a team with Kanyon which was then quietly dropped in late 1997.
