The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting that Ahmed Gill (pictured) will be held without bail in the DeKalb County Jail, after Judge Richard Foxworth determined that the state had sufficient evidence to hold him in custody.
Gill is charged with homicide and aggravated assault in the shooting death of pro wrestler Chris Long on Sunday, Nov. 21.
Judge Foxworth's' decision was rendered on Friday evening at Gill's first appearance hearing in DeKalb County Magistrate Court. A first appearance hearing is held to determine whether the state has enough evidence to keep an accused person in jail.
