At the beginning of the first season of NXT, fans were wondering which rookies would make it to the main roster, and which would not. Little did we know what the WWE creative team had brewing. Once NXT season one was finished, the winner, Wade Barrett, made an appearance on RAW, along with the rest of the rookies, and attacked John Cena, as well as the announcers, timekeepers, and everyone else in sight. Thus came the birth of The Nexus. Since then, they have been attacking anyone who gets in their way, and it has been a hit with fans, with increased ratings when they showed up on NXT this past Tuesday.
