According to Sports Entertainment Scoops, Jeff Hardy's next court appearance will be on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, in the Superior Court of Moore County in Carthage, NC.
Hardy's trial was set to begin last week, but it appears that the District Attorney has dropped some of the charges against him. According to the North Carolina court system website, Hardy is only being charged with conspiracy to traffic opium.
