Jeff Hardy's trial on drug charges will resume next Monday, May 10 in the Superior Court of Moore County, North Carolina, Sports Entertainment Scoops is reporting.
The charges against Hardy were forwarded to a grand jury in January and sufficient evidence was found to indict the 32-year-old wrestler.
Hardy was arrested on September 11, 2009 after police raided his home in Cameron, North Carolina. A joint investigation by officers with the Moore County Sheriff's Office Narcotics and Select Enforcement Units and the Fayetteville Police Department led to the search.
