Last night as John Cena and the Rock stood face to face, hours removed from a memorable moment at Wrestlemania 27, they made history.
For the first time in the history of sports entertainment, the WWE scheduled their headlining event one year in advance.
Normally the WWE creative team allows these stories to build, but with the Rock and John Cena, there was no need for a build.
The stage was set. It was either put up or shut up.
