For those of you who asked, yes, RVD is still a pothead. He and former TNA Knockout and WWE Diva Shelly Martinez now have pics online where Shelly is holding a joint and eventually it shows the two smoking it. On top of that, there are a number of jars of the stuff behind them. Additional pics are on her webpage, but TNAWrestlingnews.com has some of them on their site.
The two should realize that by showing this online, it pretty much makes them guilty of possession of marijuana, which is illegal in the United States(outside of medical reasons). They are current pics, not from a few years ago. I doubt anything will happen to them though.
