At WrestleMania XXVII, the WWE Universe witnessed history in the making, as The Miz retained his title against John Cena not once, but twice, and walked out of the pay-per-view still the WWE Champion.
The first time The Miz retained his championship was due to a draw. Both he and Cena ended up outside the ring, and both were unable to get up before the count of 10. Due to the rules, the title couldn't change hands.
