The Phantom 15: WWE and TNA Power Rankings

Bleacher Report Nation, as the old saying goes "it is time to shake things up a bit." So to stay true to form, I decided to add a little spice by creating a weekend power rankings.
The rankings will include wrestlers from both TNA and WWE, and will take place every Saturday. There are three qualities that will be judge for a wrestler to make The Phantom 15.
They are: consistency, in ring caftsmanship, and positive momentum building in their current feuds or expected matches.
With any rankings, questions will form about why a wrestler made the list and why another one did not. If you have any questions or feel I might have left some one out, let me know in the comment section.
