Watching the exceptional outing with Christian and Edge tonight on RAW led me to internally ask a very germane question: Why on earth is Christian not a multiple-time World Champion in the WWE? I find it unexplainably shameful that such a question even needs to be posited at this point in Christian’s wrestling career.
Throughout the match, the announcers kept pressing the point that both Edge and Christian are identical in wrestling ability—so much so that it is almost, and I quote, “like wrestling yourself.” So why is it that Edge is a nine-time World Champion, and Christian—who admittedly has been active on the WWE roster for a lesser amount of time than Edge—hasn’t even held World Champ...
