Always one for a bargain, I popped into my local branch of Poundland recently. In the past they’ve come up with some gold in the form of martial arts and kickboxing DVDs, as well as the occasional cheesy science fiction and monster movie.
But even I was mildly surprised when I stumbled into the book section and saw two gems. One was the hardback edition of Chris Jericho’s “A Lion’s Tale." The other was Mick Foley’s “The Hardcore Diaries.”
It’s been out a few years, so you should all know the premise, but if you don’t, it was basically Foley writing about the events leading up to the second EC...
