Wrestling-Radio.com is reporting that World Wrestling Entertainment will be cutting back on the Monday Night Raw guest host concept. As of right now, WWE will have a guest host / hosts on a bi-weekly basis instead of a weekly basis.
Word is that the idea of changing the guest host concept originated after WrestleMania 26.
Due to some of the guest hosts lack of knowledge with the overall WWE product, the concept was tweaked so that the guest host was no longer the vocal point of the show.
Because of the attention WWE has garnered with the combination of celebrity tie-ins, and mainstream media attention, Vince and Stephanie McMahon are still high up on the concept itself.
