After reading that WWE Superstars has been cancelled by WGN, I knew I wasn't surprised, considering no big names compete on the show.
When I heard that regarding WWE's recent financial situation, that I figured with WWE planning to "future endeavor" several mid-to low card Superstars and Divas as well as other WWE personnel, that the future of WWE Superstars remained uncertain not to mention that the show got pounded by TNA Impact, NBA on TNT, ESPN College Football and other shows.
WWE Superstars debuted on April 16, 2009 on WGN. At first, it started out with appearances by the likes of John Cena, Bleacher Report - Pro Wrestling
